In the world of sports, such as baseball and football there are some “hard coded” Ouija board rules of the game that must be followed in order for the game to be played successfully! In the world of the Ouija board there are no hard coded defined rules that say that “this is the way a Ouija board is supposed to be used” There is no Ouija board council that will come down on you if you don’t use it a certain way. In fact the Ouija board is not a sport as we all know! It is a practice! Therefore there are no hard Ouija board rules to the practice.

Sports are sports and the Ouija board is a practice, hence the no “hard coded” Ouija board rules for the board. A person can use the Ouija board in any way that they wish to use it, but in the end that person will have to take the karmic if nothing else responsibility for the way in which they decided to use the Ouija! When it comes to Ouija board rules there are a few basic guidelines that you might want to consider following at least in my humble opinion. There are practitioners that I have met that have suggested using a silver coin or piece of silver as the pointer or planchette of the Ouija board. As well these practitioners have suggested that if you don’t use a silver coin as the pointer, that it might be advisable to wear a piece of silver on your being for protection as silver has protective vibrational qualities that are beneficial during a Ouija board session. It helps to keep negativity or negative influences away.`

In many circles in it widely known that it is not a good thing to use the Ouija board alone. The energy is not right when using the Ouija alone. Everything in life is a balance of energies both male and female. It is no different when it comes to using the Ouija! One male influence and one female influence is considered by many to be optimal when using a Ouija. It is the minimum to have as you can have more people of course, but one male and one female is considered optimal by many Ouija practitioners

It is recommended to practice the Ouija board in a safe, clear environment that is free of negative energy and influences. If you have a safe and clear place in your home that is good! If you don’t, then make one! If you have angry people or negative thinking people around you at the moment, then don’t use the board as there are energies out there that could possibility latch onto the negative field generated by the folks with the negative thoughts. Before starting your Ouija session it is advisable to meditate for a while to clear your mind of the day and any negative energies that you may have accumulated during that day. Whatever you do do not invite negative entities, energies, or spirits into your domicile by asking the wrong type of questions of the board! Do not ask for proof that “something” or “some form” is in the room with you as you might find it a bit difficult to get rid or any negativity that it might pass on to you. (Consult with your loca Metaphysician in regards to entity removal!)

Meditate for a few minutes and get centered before opening a Ouija session. Whatever you do not invite negativity or negative energies into your home by asking the wrong kinds of questions of the board. Don’t ask for proof that “someone” or “something” is there with you in the room for if you do, you might find it difficult to get rid of it or the energy that it has left with you! (Consult with your local Metaphysician about this!)

If you focus on one thing long enough, no matter what it is and not matter how long it takes, in my humble opinion and the humble opinions of many practitioners that which you focus on will most assuredly materialize in one’s life in one way or another and have some kind of effect on the life of the person that originally thought it. I emphatically advise anyone that I know that wants to use a Ouija board to do so in a positive frame of mind. Do not be thinking negative thoughts and about negative situations as it possibly could bring on negative influences or energies that you might not want to deal with. When I do coach people in the use of the board, one of the most important “Ouija board rules” I teach them is to not be doing any kind of drugs or alcohol for at least twenty four hours minimum before proceeding with a Ouija board session.

I have known many practitioners that can see “entities” or “attachments” on one’s aura when they are steeped in negativity or on drugs or alcohol as negative forces like to connect with the more base emotions or people. (Consult with your local Metaphysician in regards to entity attachment!) So, remember the old saying, “Don’t drink and drive!” Guess what? It applies to the Ouija board. “Don’t drink and Ouija!

Hopefully you can now understand that the ouija board rules were put in position to make sure that your ouija board experience is a safe time.
