Lose 20 Pounds In A Month

Do you need to lose 20 pounds in a month? Certainly you are not alone in this particular goal. Is a wedding…is it YOUR wedding? That is certainly what is was for me. It is a good thing to want to look good and feel better about yourself. How about if you could lose 15 pounds fast…or 10 pounds in 2 weeks. how would that be?

Whatever the reason, know that thousands of people will be starting diets this week. Some will try the Beach diet, some will jump on the low carbohydrate or low fat bandwagons. Then there are those hopeless souls that think they can lose weight fast by consuming nothing but grapefruits. Guess what? They don’t work. But you probably already know this. Even if you do lose weight, chances are it’s going come right back on, maybe with a bonus.

You find yourself walking around really hungry all the time and swear to yourself that you have the will power to be so miserable all the time. Besides, if you cheat, no one is going to see you tuck into that turkey ham and cheddar sammy lathered up with low fat soy mayo anyway.

And if you eat it standing up it doesn’t count anyway, right? Then that old guilty conscience raises its ugly head head and you are right back on that rodent wheel of a diet circus once again.

As I said before, diets just won’t work. Let us take a little closer look at what they are:

How long have low fat foods been around, 40-50 years? Then why are people still fat, if they work so well? And I don’t even want to talk about what is going on in our public schools, it’s a disgrace. So what are you supposed to do, go completely cold turkey on a low-cal diet? Bad idea. If you don’t give your body enough fuel it cannot effectively burn the fat you need it to. And these low carb gurus will have you stuffing your face with fat and protein, completely getting rid of your much needed starches.

It is pretty simple actually. If you knew exactly what to eat and when to eat it you could stimulate your metabolism so that you burned those calories instead of storing them in your butt and belly. Most people don’t realize how the types of food they combine together can have a huge impact on fat reduction.

It is a simple task to lose 20 pounds in a month once you know the correct method for doing so. I’m here to give you this information so that you will know how to lose 20 pound in a month…or less.
