Jesus watched the lives of His earthly parents and was affected by their testimonies. Mary experienced angelic visitations, dreams and visions about her pregnancy and birth of this great messiah. She kept them in heart and meditated day and night.

The third testimony He received is from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit witnessed to Him that He is the son of God and assisted Him to fellowship with the Father. Jesus said the Holy Spirit would come and lead us into all truth. And this is what He experienced also.

All these are in fact testimonies. These three things told Jesus that He is the Son of God. He is the great savior who will fulfill every will of God. In the same way, these three testimonies would also tell us that we are indeed the sons of God who will fulfill the will of God also.

To become a full-grown son of God like Jesus, we must learn to utilize the power hidden in testimonies. They are records of God actions. They are our inheritance. From the testimonies of the scripture, of people and of Holy Spirit, we can gain access to unlimited power from on high.
